My name is Sara Kosmer and I am an Executive Recruiter with PinPoint Solutions. I specialize in placing top Sales and Marketing talent with the Fortune 500.

I started with PinPoint as a Researcher upon graduating from college. (GO Dayton FLYERS!) After a year, I moved into a Recruiter role for a few years before launching our internal research department. I spent several years working in the background of the organization, establishing our Recruiter Development Program, handling web development, and company branding for the company. I am thrilled to come full circle and step back into a full desk recruiting role.

I am active in the Greenville arts community and currently sit on the Board of Directors for the Greenville Little Theatre. With over 80 years of live theatre, we are one of the largest community theatres in the country. Look us up if you are in Greenville!
