I feel fortunate to be a part of the PinPoint Solutions team. Having started my career here in the Research Department, I quickly learned that PinPoint takes a unique approach to recruiting—by starting with a solid foundation of quality, targeted research and fostering trusted relationships with each person we touch. Open and honest communication and a steadfast commitment to our partners are what set us apart in the recruiting world.

Using our extensive research tools, I can reach out to targeted candidates and quickly understand their experience and goals and how that might fit with a company’s available opportunities. I strive to always keep both the candidate’s and the company’s best interests in mind as I help them to discover each other. With a background in Counseling Psychology, listening and acting as a relationship liaison are what come naturally to me.

I graduated from Furman University in 2007 with degrees in both Counseling & Social Psychology and Spanish Literature. Since then, I have worked in account management, benefits communication, and talent identification here in Greenville, SC. I miss the beaches of my native Florida, but the streams and the mountains of the Carolinas are where I now call home.

When I’m not seeking out the best talent for our clients, you can usually find me enjoying the outdoors, experimenting (or just making a mess) in the kitchen, or playing with my two impossibly adorable but terribly behaved miniature dachshunds.  Do not let the picture of them sleeping fool you… everyone looks innocent when they sleep.
