Crystal Boyd is an Executive Recruiter specializing in Engineering. She is not only involved in placing candidates in the Engineering field, she has experience with quality, R&D, and Manufacturing Operations positions as well. She has supported clients in pharmaceutical, CPG, industrial technology, automotive, and aerospace companies.
Crystal joined PinPoint Solutions as a Researcher in the Recruiter Development Program, where she obtained her skill set on how to source the right candidate for each particular client. Crystal graduated from Furman University in May 2016, earning a BA in Music and Business Administration. Outside of the office, Crystal volunteers for YMCA Teen Achievers program, where she mentors and prepares high school students for the transition from high school to college. She also enjoys attending sporting events, singing, and spending time with her family and friends.
